Atlassian adds visual AI tool Remix and third-party agents to Confluence to transform data into charts, prototypes, and presentations

San Francisco: Software company Atlassian showed off new AI tools on Wednesday. The tools help turn data into pictures and working apps inside Confluence.
A new tool called Remix makes charts and graphics from data in Confluence. The tool picks the best picture type for the information and builds it right there. Users do not need to open other programs.
Atlassian also added three new helper programs called agents. One agent works with Lovable, which makes product ideas into working models. Another agent works with Replit, which turns papers into starter apps. The third agent works with Gamma, which builds slides and talks.
Sanchan Saxena from Atlassian wrote that these tools help teams make more than just papers. Teams can now build new products and fun things for customers. The tools are part of Atlassian’s plan to put AI right into apps people already use.
Many tech companies now add AI to the apps their workers use every day. Salesforce added AI chat to Slack. OpenAI now helps other companies add its tech to their own systems instead of selling it as a whole new program. Atlassian wants technology to stay in the background so people can focus on their best work.
