Looking for perfect Valentine’s gifts? WIRED’s guide has you covered with Lego sets for couples, karaoke mics, digital photo frames, and more romantic ideas.

New York: Valentine’s Day is coming soon and I have great gift ideas for you. My husband and I build Lego sets together every year. It’s fun to make them and then we keep them as decorations. We can both work on different parts at the same time.
Los Angeles: Want an outdoor gift? Try a big paddleboard that holds three adults. My husband and I use it in the harbor near our house. It’s inflatable and you should get an electric pump to fill it up. Sometimes we both row and sometimes just one of us does.
Miami: Flowers are always nice for Valentine’s Day. Boutayna Chokrane from WIRED says the best flower delivery comes from Ode à la Rose. The flowers come in pretty pink boxes and can be delivered the same day in some cities.
Chicago: If your valentine likes jewelry try a smart ring. Oura makes good ones that track fitness. They come in metal or ceramic and lots of my friends wear them. But they’re not good if you climb rocks or do aerial acrobatics like me.
Austin: Digital photo frames are great for people who love taking pictures. I put my photos on our Aura frame and it shows pictures of our son and our wedding. You can add new photos anytime and there’s no extra cost. Aura makes pretty frames with lots of storage.
Washington DC: Want something cozy? Get matching robes from L.L.Bean or Cozy Earth. We bought robes on our honeymoon at a spa in New Mexico and still use them. They’re good for cold days or after showers. These make you feel fancy and warm together.
Seattle: For musical couples try karaoke gifts. A wireless microphone lets you sing anywhere. You can also get a small karaoke machine with two mics and a screen. These work with Spotify so you can sing all your favorite songs.
San Francisco: Matching workout clothes are perfect gifts after Christmas too. Bombshell Sportswear makes soft outfits that fit well. They’re good for exercise and dropping kids at school. If your partner doesn’t like matching sets try running shoes instead.
Boston: A Kindle Paperwhite is great for people who read books. The new one from 2024 has a bigger screen that’s easier to see. If they already have a Kindle you can get a pretty case with PopSockets that are easier to hold and not drop.
Dallas: Want to make things more exciting? Try special adventure boxes for couples. “The Adventure Challenge In Bed” has 50 fun ideas for the bedroom. The Fantasy Box comes with everything you need for a special night including massage oil silk ties and other fun things.
